Your body holds seven energy fields — the chakras — that map directly onto the major nerve plexuses of the autonomic nervous system.
When these centres are balanced, energy flows freely; when constricted by stress, tension or unprocessed emotion, vitality, clarity and ease are compromised. Chakra Mudra is a somatic dance practice that works precisely with these seven centres through meditative guidance, breath and small, exact gestures of the hands that activate specific neural and energetic pathways.
The result is a refined connection between body, breath and intention. Movement becomes free, expressive and harmonious — and inner wholeness is restored.
